Scout & Nimble is not liable for any items shipped and delivered abroad using your own coordinated methods. Please ensure your Freight Forwarder adheres to all policies outlined for Cancellations and Returns. Once an item has left the mainland United States or has been transferred to a non-Scout & Nimble carrier, you assume sole responsibility for these item(s) and any damages or defects discovered thereafter. |

Standard Shipping & DeliveryDefault for all small parcel items, such as vases, artwork, pillows, and lightingOrders under $300.00 are charged a flat rate of $19.95. This shipping fee is waived for small parcel orders over $300.00. No signature is required, and packages are left at the door. | |
Freight ShippingRequired for heavy, oversized, or fragile products such as furniture, rugs, and mirrorsAll freight orders under $1,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of $89. This fee is waived for orders over $1,000. We offer convenient delivery to both commercial and residential locations, with options for Threshold or White Glove service. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for all freight shipments. Most deliveries are available Monday through Friday, and while weekend deliveries may be arranged upon request, additional fees may apply. | Freight Threshold DeliveryDefault for all freight shipmentsThreshold deliveries include a signature-required delivery to the first dry location outside of your home (commonly a front porch, garage, or lobby). Multi-item orders will be consolidated and shipped together for one single shipment and delivery. |
White Glove DeliveryUpgrade offered at checkout for Freight ShipmentsAll White Glove deliveries are charged a flat rate fee of $165.00 and include inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal. Please note:

Similarly, products that are made to order have an extended lead time to allow for production. Any pending orders will receive an email notification in the event of a restocking or production delay. Small Parcel | |||
In-stock small parcel items will spend approximately 1-2 weeks in processing and 1-2 weeks in transit with a ground carrier, like FedEx or UPS. Most often, no signature is required for final delivery of small parcel shipments. Please email support@scoutandnimble.com prior to shipment if you would like to add a signature requirement to your small parcel order. | |||

Freight | |||
In-stock freight items will spend approximately 1-2 weeks in processing and 2-4 weeks in transit with a freight carrier. Once your shipment has arrived at the local fulfillment center, you will receive a call, text or email within 1-7 business days to schedule an appointment for delivery to your home. All freight shipments will require a signature for delivery. If you opt to waive this signature requirement, your right to a claim may be forfeited. Please review our Return Policy for more information. | |||

- If you have ordered multiple items from one supplier, your order will ship complete regardless of backorder dates. Please place separate orders if you require separate deliveries.
- Items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box.
- Scout & Nimble does not ship items to P.O and A.P.O boxes at this time.
- Once you have confirmed a delivery appointment, it cannot be altered without additional expenses. Charges that result from a rescheduled delivery can vary and will be billed to the recipient.
